冬の限定メニューの「豪華かきちゃんぽん（７５０円）」が始まったんで、食べに行きました。去年食べて気に入ってたんで、楽しみにしてたんです。
今年のは、去年よりも味噌が強くなった気がするなぁ。ぼく的には、もっと抑えた方が好きだな。
去年同様、ゆずごしょうが付いて来るのがうれしい。これでぐっと風味がよくなります。この風味も味噌がもうちょっと弱いと、さらに引き立つのになぁ。
しかし、「豪華ちゃんぽん」とはいえ、普通のちゃんぽんの倍の値段というのが、ちょっと納得いかないかなぁ。
